Prices and NFT images rely on external data providers to feed information into the app. If a specific provider is experiencing interruptions or a new token hasn't been verified yet, you might see a placeholder image or an incorrect balance. Rest assured, this is a visual issue only, and your assets are safe in your wallet. For tokens, this is mainly an issue when the specific token hasn’t been verified by the Sui Foundation Team or if the token has been flagged as a scam. If an NFT is missing from your main view, check the "Kiosks" section within the Assets tab.
